The National Essay Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who at the time of entry are enrolled in a Canadian high school in Grade 10, 11 or 12 (Secondary IV or Secondary V in the province of Quebec). To participate, you must submit an essay on the following theme : "When I was in high school, playing rugby would allow me to relax and to find my balance” says Magali Harvey, member of the Canadian Rugby Team.
