Nicolette Belliveau 

Nicolette learned French in an early immersion program from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in Moncton, New Brunswick. In high school, Nicolette had the opportunity to participate in French for the Future’s programs, mainly the Local Forums and the National Ambassador Youth Forum.

Nicolette chose to pursue her post-secondary education in her second language, French. She obtained her first degree at l’Université de Moncton in Political Science in 2017. During her undergraduate degree, Nicolette had the opportunity to act as both a leader, as well as the coordinator, of the National Ambassador Youth Forum. Nicolette further continued her education at l’Université de Moncton, obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2020. Nicolette is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick. Nicolette is a lawyer at McInnes Cooper, one of Atlantic Canada’s largest business law firms. She practices law in French and in English. Her practice concentrates in labour and employment, as well as civil litigation. In her free time, Nicolette is a member of a community choir.
