Moncton’s French for the Future forum is in its third year.

We reprised a striking element from last year that assured the success of the forum: the well-known Acadian artist  Roland Gauvin as speaker.  Students had the opportunity to choose their two workshops among the following: Improvisation, Law, Education, Health, Nutrition, and Communications.

A good meal was served, followed by a plenary session where the 100 students, mostly in grade 11 from Anglophone schools from Moncton’s District 2, were invited to share their experiences and take advantage of the presence of Anglophones undertaking their postsecondary studies in French.  Many prizes were drawn randomly.  Each student received a T-shirt and a few surprises to take home.
